The Wax Necessities WX-4A Wax Cartridge Heater is perfect for use with all Wax Necessities soft wax cartridges. The heater is designed to hold 4 cartridges and is made with a highly resistant APS thermoplastic plastic resin on the exterior, while aluminum is used for the inner construction. It is recommended to always insert a cartridge into the heating chamber to prolong the life and efficiency of the warmer. It is important not to pour wax directly into the heating well, and regular cleaning is necessary to maintain the heater in optimum condition.

The warmer has been tested before leaving the factory and is guaranteed against all manufacturing defects under regular use for 12 months from the purchase date. If the heater fails to operate due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it with proof of purchase. To use the heater, remove the lid and place the wax cartridge/s directly into the heating chamber (Waxness cartridges are recommended). Plug in the appliance and the indicator light will show that the power is on. This light will remain illuminated during operation. Allow 15-30 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature, for the wax to be ready to use. It is recommended to plug in the warmer approximately half an hour before services begin to ensure the wax reaches a suitable temperature and to avoid loss of working time. When not in use, unplug the heater and cover it with the lid. Be cautious not to lock the lid tightly in order to avoid breakage. If the lid adheres to the melting pot, pre-heat the warmer before lid removal to prevent cracking.
